Error importing WSDL

This appears to be a very common problem because the information is *very* poor.  Why bother including this "error: XML declaration is not well-formed" ?  Why don't you make it more cryptic -or- you could make it helpful by putting in a line number of where this problem is.  *And* if you could do that without making people go through a stack trace (error log) that would be even better.
