Download SOAPUI Open Source with error

Hi all.

I tried to download SOAP UI Open Source from the website and nothing happens when I click the button. I already cleared the cache, tried it on Edge, restarted the laptop and tried it on a laptop outside the company network. Unsuccessfully. What do I do, because I need install the app?
