connect to MS Exchange 2007

Hi guys,
I have to create simple client to MS Exchange 2007.
My MS Exchange 2007 work OK with MS Outlook.

next step for me - send request (XML) and recive responce from MS Exchange 2007 with SoapUI.

Could you explain me, how I may this do?
