can't read hermes config file for jms

Hello,

Evaluating soap UI for jms.  I have read the tutorial on the soap ui page but got stuck at adding jms end point.  I do have a hermes-config.xml file for use with tibco ems.  We use this config file for heremes alone to review the queue. 

When I try to point the end point jms to the directory with this file, it does not show any values for the drop down box. 

I am stuck here.  I will attach the config file.
