Cannot get ADFS to authenticate

I am trying to built a web case test script using the record button. The site uses ADFS to authenticate. I have put the username and password in the head as well as any where else that I can in order to try get the ADFS to authenticate.

If I am in record mode... then the authentication can be made to work using "Trace" and "Download Content", however, if I try run the case automatically thereafter, the ADFS authentication is not completed successfully.

Any help greatly appreciated.
