Access Denied message

Hi,

I am getting access denied message when i am submitting a SOAP request. Below is my request and response. I am using Apache Tomact as server.  Please let me know what needs to be added to get rid of this message.

    Have you tried taking out:


    Some reason I'm trying to locate it but soapui doesn't seem to use
    in the code since I think it does it automatically...
