Setting ResolvedBy and Date Resolved
I am new to my company and am trying to fix some problems in our Software Planner. I have years of experience with Jira but am new to Software Planner. I can see when a defect is closed that the ClosedBy and Date Closed are being automatically set which is great. But at the same time the ResolvedBy and Date Resolved fields are also getting set. The problem is that these should be set earlier in the workflow when the developer selects the Resolved status. It is not clear to me how to have these fields automatically set when the issue is resolved. Thanks in advance for your help!
