September release 9.9.0 (SaaS) haev removed users Defect tab

A number of users with access to Defect tab now find that this tab is no longer visable to them. I am the only admin and I have made no changes to the user group. Could this have been introdcued as part of the September release?

  • I cna now see the Defect controls within Security Setting for this profile so I've asked the users if this issue is resolved.



    It's looking good from my end. What was the regression issue?
