Hi Devra,
Thank you for your post. It's a known issue with the Quick search option for Custom Fields in the 11.0.102 build. A fix for this issue was included in the later product versions, starting from QAComplete 11.0.103 (you can check your current version on the Setup tab: http://screencast.com/t/L2jlar79w4gD). So, I recommend that you move to the latest product version, which is QAComplete 11.3.
