Popup Notes - Unattached popup window button/icon for notes fields

I've just descovered that if a note is really long I can click on 'This text....' and get a popup of the notes.

This is great for dealing with feedback on my test or requirement because I can keep the popup open while I deal with the items on it, such as amending a test step. However this only works on long notes - does anyone else think it would be good to have a button/icon that allows you to create an unattached popup window on a note that you can keep open while you do the amendments as below?
