I am unable to generate reports in 11.0 reports module in QAComplete 11.1

Question

Has anyone else had problems generating reports from the new Report module in QAC 11.*? I have 11.1 upgraded from 10.2 and am unable to generate adhoc reports with the new module. FYI-I have also submitted a ticket #00191077
