How to make a filter on customized Dashboard reports with SQL-coding on QAC?

I would like to know how I can make the filter available on customized Dashboards?

The reason I would like to do that is, we have made a customized dashboard report, on all folder in one project. And we would like to see charts on the individual folders regarding testing
