Error occured while connection to http://ws.softwareplanner.com/psws.asmx

Just installed the trail version of ALM Complete and followed all the steps according to manual and did all the installations.

Trying SW registration Planner I get Error occured while connection to http://ws.softwareplanner.com/psws.asmx message

    Hello Aravinda,

    Would you mind submitting this as a support issue to our support team? It's easy: when you log into ALMComplete, up at the top right of the screen you will see a link to the Help Center. Click on this link, then click on Create Support Ticket.

    The support team will probably need a couple of screen shots from you - one of the Bridge registration form, so they can see your credentials, and one of the error message.
