Email Alert for Whole Project Team

Looking at the help section to set up an email alert, I think the  procedure is only for 2 people right?



I will receive email alerts  as an owner when assigned person changes or update defects .

 

I want this set up for all the people in the project irrespective of who has raised defect  or to whom the defect was assigned to.



Sent out defect email alerts to all involved in the project.



Any one have any ideas?
