Can QA Complete be configured with external accounts, so customers can review test scripts?

Can QA Complete be configured with external accounts, so customers can review test scripts?

Our testing methodology includes a consoldiated test phase, which requires client test script reviews /sign off.  Is there a way we can configure an external user to allow them to only see certain test scripts - probably via the 'Test Set' view.
