Attached Files Corrupt After Version Upgrade

I have a user who attached files to requirements. However, after a version upgrade was performed, when he clicked on a file link, he received a Corrupted Content Error.

Is this a known issue?

We actually received the Corrupted Content Error message while using Firefox 10.0.9

When using IE, we were presented with the file as expected.

When using Chrome, we received a different message: Duplicate headers received from server

The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.

Error 349 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION): Multiple distinct Content-Disposition headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks.
