Unable to add standard counter

I setup server side monitoring using rstatd. In my project I selected the server and everything was good. When I run the test, I only see %CPU from the server. I would like to see stats for memory and disk usage, which should be available. When I go to the graph and right click on counters, select add, input the server and add standard counter, only the CPU% is selectable. I am unable to select Memory %, Memory MB, and disk %. Is there a reason why? I followed the instructions verbatim.



When I pull rstatd manually I do get other metrics. I am using loadComplete 2.0.351.24 on a windows 2008 R2 server.
