[LoadUIWeb] NTLM Authentication

The AUT is a .Net Web based application that uses NTLM Authentication. The NTLM authentication has been applied throughout the application including css, images, script files etc.
The problem I am facing is that when recording access to a specific file lets say an image file, I can see two seperate request in LoadUIWeb. First request where it rejects and second request where it authenticates using NTLM.
But when the AUT tries to access it during regular recording it records only one request and subsequentially fails during the run. I must add only calls to these resources fail while most of the actual request goes through without issue.
