[LoadUIWeb] LoadUIWeb doesn´t make the insert on the SQL Server

Hello, I recorded a LoadTesting that inserts a new patient in the web application. When it is playing I analize the SQL's trace and it does a lot of things but never does an insert operation.

When I record the edition of the patient, and then I analize the trace when the test is playing, I see the update operation.
