Load Complete not generating any load even for simple tests

Hi All,

 

Have been using Load UI Web for quite a while now and thought will test out Load Complete. After creating a simple scenario like navigating to an internal or external website, when I try to Verify Scenario it gets stuck in the RunTime window. 

 

There is no progress even after 15-20 minutes and the app fails to respond after that and the only way out is to kill it in task manager.

 

Please find details regarding the system config and Locad complete version in the attachement.

    Hi cogvinoth,

     

    Are you using the free version of the tool or a commercial license?

     

    The last time I saw this kind of behavior, it was related to a bad installation of LoadComplete's remote agent service (the service that generates the load). The fix was to reinstall the software by right clicking the executable and selecting Run As Administrator.

     

    That will likely solve the problem, but before reinstalling, you could also check that the service is running (Start > Run > services.msc > "LoadComplete 3.20 Remote Agent").
