Error "com.smartbear.ccollab.binary.BinaryFileConversionException: There was an error converting the file"

Question

After creating a review, and try to open the document (MS Word 2010) inside the review, it posted the following error

com.smartbear.ccollab.binary.BinaryFileConversionException: There was an error converting the file

Inside the file there are some graph, I made sure they are pictures not embeded objects.

Any suggestions.
