Verify webapp generated (not static) file is downloaded

Greetings,

Using CBT's Record and Replay only, without code modification (non-IT user here), is it possilbe to verify a file is downloaded across multiple browsers when replaying a suite

I've searched the community for posts related to downloading files and found posts such as https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-General-Discussions/Downloading-a-File-via-Redirect-Link/m-p/178468, but didn't find anything that doesn't invlove coding or pertains to files that are genreated by the webapp based on user input.
