Upgrade Instructions for Code Collaborator to Collaborator

I need to find the upgrade instructions and requirements for going from Code Collaborator  v6.0.6013 to the latest product. 

Can you please point me to the correct URL? 

Also I need to know if the user performing the upgrade needs to have root access to the RHEL (Linux) server.
