Renamed files are missing from review materials

We have bitbucket integration with 12.1.12100 version of code collaborator. We experienced many problems with review material list - some files changed in bitbucket PR were simply not visible in code collaborator.

Problem which is fully reproducable is file renaming. When file is renamed/moved to different location - it's not visible in CC at all.
