Looking for information/docs on setting up Collaborator server on AWS.

Personally, I spawned EC2 instances from standard AMIs provided by AWS and then installed Collaborator there. A couple of times I used AWS RDS as a DB hosting for Collaborator. It wasn't too tricky, so in fact, I followed the normal installation procedure which is described in the "Installation" Help topic.
