Does Collaborator 10.1 supports RTC 4.0.7 and the nearest update v5.0.2 ?
if not what are the alternatives?

Hi,
Collaborator 10 doesn't support RTC prior to 6.0.1 - only 6.0.1 and later are supported. Older versions of RTC are supported by older versions of Collaborator:
