[CodeReviewer] Tag Users in Comments

Is it possible to tag a user in a comment? I was thinking that it would be nice to be able to use a syntax like @user in a comment which would then trigger an email to the user saying they were tagged in a comment. The user would then know that they need to come respond to something posted in a review.
