Report Types and Their Date Ranges
Each Report type has a set date range that determines how much data can be aggregated to generate the report. Depending on the report type, you can select one, several, or all monitors. Because PING monitors use ICMP, they do not display traditional metrics in Detail Reports. There is, however, a DNS lookup time and a Total Response Time reported. We're excited to announce the addition of enhanced time controls to the AlertSite reporting engine. In addition to setting the time range for a report, now you can specify the days of the week and hours of the day to report on. To keep the math simple, we've also included a toggle control that let's you include or exclude the specified days and hours.
