Re: Error when run load test scenarios
Hikai1, The error that you see in Screenshot 1 is clearly an error from the application. Please contact the application owner to get more details about the possible issue. The reason why you see a 200 status code for the page with failure, is that the page has loaded properly without any errors. This page isn't expected that's why the script fails, not because of the request failure. Hirichjb, LoadNinja is running on Linux using Headless Chrome, there's no option to simulate load from the mobile device. If you want to run the tests on real mobile devices you can consider using our other product - BitBarhttps://smartbear.com/product/bitbar/ CCE, Tom9 months agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions485Views0likes0CommentsRe: Databank continuous run option?
Hicspikes, In the recorder, you can playback the script with a databank configured to run in random order. With each reply, LoadNinja will choose a random value from the databank. The databank configuration is applied to the script in the load test. LoadNinja cannot run in a loop in the recorder to go through all records in the databank. Hello Kai1, The file upload button does not work because you cannot invoke the upload window by just clicking the button on the page. To invoke the upload window when the upload button is available on the page, select Add -> Upload File, which is only available during active recording sessions. This is the expected behavior of the LoadNinja recorder and should solve your problem. Let me know if it was helpful.10 months agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions717Views0likes1CommentRe: Average duration NaN in comparison report of test runs
Hello EdwinVeerkamp, In some cases, you may encounter empty values or "NaN" values in the script durations within the comparison report. This occurs when a script fails to complete at least one full iteration, resulting in incomplete data for the script durations. If you access the load test separately, you will notice that steps 3 and 4 display empty fields as they were not finished. To ensure you have comprehensive data for the scenario, it is necessary for all scripts to finish at least one iteration. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please let me know.11 months agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions632Views2likes0CommentsRe: Any issue with running the test scenario
Hellosejalvashi, We do not know about any recent changes that could affect scripts. In case you are facing an issue, please create a support request and provide us with the load test ID, and the way how we can reproduce the issue, so we can assist you. https://support.smartbear.com/loadninja/message/ Greetings, Tom2 years agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions638Views0likes1CommentRe: Testing Tiers
Hi alicedgar, Some advanced applications might require more resources than simple ones. Due to that, we implemented the feature to allow you to choose from a few different tiers that you could use during the load test. We also allow you to start a free benchmark test to determine which machine would be the best for your application. You can find more about this in our documentation: https://support.smartbear.com/loadninja/docs/scenarios/load-configuration.html#configure In case you face any issues, feel free to contact us by creating a support case, and providing us with more details. Hellozachglatt, It is hard to say without access to the load test result what could be causing the lower than expected amount of iterations. The math you did should be more or less accurate, maybe not exactly the number but it should be something around that. To identify the possible issue with an unexpected, lower amount of steps, please create the support request providing us with the URL to the load test, so we can investigate the possible issues. Based on the load test I will be also able to confirm with our team the possible issues in the number of iterations executed. https://support.smartbear.com/loadninja/message/ Greetings, Tom2 years agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions565Views0likes0CommentsRe: The InstaPlay recorder has crashed.
Hello erknuepp, To resolve this issue we will need to debug the script and the possible reason for this error. To help you resolve this issue you will need to contact our support. Please create a support ticket through the link provided below. Make sure to provide us with your Project and Script name https://support.smartbear.com/loadninja/message/ Greetings, Tom2 years agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions441Views0likes0CommentsRe: Supporting protocols by LoadNinja
Hellostanradionov, LoadNinja uses Headless Chrome in recording and playback. In case your application does not require any add-ons to run the script and runs in the browser, it should be good with any of the mentioned protocols. You'll be able to test it during the trial period if the app works fine in LoadNinja. Greetings, Tom.2 years agoPlace LoadNinja QuestionsLoadNinja Questions592Views1like0Comments
