Update to new license
Hello, I want to update the license for my swaggerhub on-premis but after i've uploaded the new license i received this message: Licensing error. Unable to activate the new license. Your new license allows for 75 seats, but you currently have 89 seats in use. Please revoke access to 14 users before attempting to apply the new license again. If the issue persists please contact SmartBear support. How can i remove 14 users? because on the users i am not able to see any user :(. Hello, I have some issues with SwaggerHub-Gitlab integration and I will need some advice from your. Long story short: the CREATE AND EXEBUTE or CREATE buttons are not available, but if I press UPDATE button I see for less the a second a message like “updating form”. I’ve read the documentation from https://support.smartbear.com/swaggerhub/docs/integrations/gitlab-sync.html but I wan not able to succeed doing those steps. Prerequisites: 1. I have a access token/personal token from GitLab. 2. In the Admin Center I had to add gitlab.xxx in the GitHub section because is mandatory to add something. Is it ok? What can I add here if we use GitLab? 3. From the Swaggerhub server I have a connection to my gitlab.xxx (checked with ping command) 4. My GitLab project is public and I have also admin rights on Gitlab, so I suppose the token has all the permissions. 5. I’ve tested also with a Gitlab.com and a GitHub.com account and some result. Not able to integrated with SwaggerHub. If you need i can provide also the logs generated by Admin Center. Many thanks!674Views0likes1Comment
