Would be good if the import size limit is made to 10MB. Cheers! Import File Size has limit of 5MB in trial version Hi Wanted to check it's only the Trial Version of Zephyr Scale that has a limit on import file size of 5MB ? Once the trial version is over, is there any limit on csv import file size ? Thanks SolvedRe: Maintaining folder structure during import Hi When you are using a csv file for Import. You could have the path of the test case folder separated by forward slash (/). This when imported would create the folders inside the project. Check this documentation link: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/docs/get-started/import-test-cases.html Folder: Folder structure separated by a slash (/). Ex: "folder 1/folder 2" or "/folder 1/folder 2" (same effect for both options). Non-existing folders will be created. Folders that match existing ones (including all path) will be merged. For Example: - If you want 'Test Case One' to be stored in Folder A -> A 1.1-> Regression Tests. Then the csv file should have a column name 'folder' or whatever you call it and have the path of the folder in which you would want to store this Test Case in Zephyr Scale. So the path for this scenario would be "A/A 1.1/Regression Tests" Re: Reg Licensing Thanks jfelix Reg Licensing Hi, We are using the trial version of Zephyr Scale. I got question regarding the cost aspect. In our organization we got all IT people (around 250) using JIRA. But we got about 40 people who are belonging to QA department. Once the billing cycle starts, does the pricing gets calculated on the no. of users using Zephyr Scale like adding test cases, executing them, etc. ? Or the billing gets calculated based on the total no. of JIRA users who got logins in JIRA instances ? Is there a way, where the billing of Zephyr Scale could be restricted to 40 users only inside JIRA? Thanks Solved
