"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" - After setting up QAComplete SSO with OKTA
Hi, I followed the steps on this page for OKTA SSO configuration: https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/administrator/config/users-and-groups/single-sign-on/log-in.html After performing the guided steps, my server domain is sending me to a"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" page. I even tried going to the non-sso page (which I also enabled in the initial set-up),https://[your server name]//common/logon.asp?app=agSpEnt&skipSSO=y. I am unable to go back into SSO security settings to update or modify because of this. Any thoughts?1.3KViews0likes0Comments
