I have the same problem. The XML file of the project is, in my case, already saved using UTF8 encoding (going by what I can see when editing it with Notepad++), but I cannot reload it. I need to edit the XML with Notepad++, encode it in ANSI and encode it another time in UTF8 to be able to load it again in SoapUI...5.2KViews0likes0Comments
