Re-Executing Test sets after script failure
When a tester is running tests through a test set, and fails a script We have testers running test scripts inside of a Test set. They have one script that is failed, created a defect, and save/close the test set. Once the defect is resolved and the script is ready to be re-tested, what is the best way to retest the script? If they execute through the test set again, they need to manually test each script in the Test Set rather than just the one that failed. Is there a better way to test the failed script within the test set so that you do not have to re-execute the other scripts previously passed?704Views0likes0CommentsDefault Value when creating defect is not populating
I have set the default value for auto populating the Folder a defect should fall to when creating a defect, but the value that I selected as the default is not populating correctly. The incorrect default value is also only populating when manually creating a defect. When a defect is auto-created when running test case, the default folder is not being populated at all. Any ideas as to why or how to get this workflow to work correctly?900Views0likes2Comments
