Hi nmrao It is happening in any project. I've just created a blank version in 5.4.0 SOAP UI and get the same: Machine: Windows 7 x64, Intel. I've attached the sample workspace and project for you to try.

project accidentally removed if several requests removed
Hi there, If I select one REST request, click Delete then it gets removed successfully. But if I select several REST requests, click Delete, then Soap UI asks for "saving project before removal". If I click Yes, then project gets removed! SOAP UI is 5.4.0.
