Re: Using Groovy to set JMS Properties
Hi nmrao, Yes I've added an endpoint and yes I can send a message to the endpoint no problem. As you saw, I have 5 properties in my JMS, one of them needs to be dynamic (it is currently hardcoded, but I'd like it to hold the current date and time at the moment the JMS message is sent). Apologies if this is a stupid question, I haven't done property expansion before and am pretty much a SoapUI beginner, how exactly would I use property expansion to get this value? I tried just putting that snippet of code in as the value of my property (I didn't expect this to work, but it was worth a try to me) and it just returned null. Any super basic explanation of exactly how to use property expansion to change the value of the JMS property?3KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Using Groovy to set JMS Properties
Hi sanj, thanks for the reply! I've tried that link and I haven't really been able to figure out what to do from it, that section of it explains how to change JMS Header properties, but not just the normal properties. So basically, the green one is the one I need to edit, I need to change the value of a property that I've created inside there, and I can't seem to find any information on how to accomplish this.3.1KViews0likes6CommentsUsing Groovy to set JMS Properties
I've looked all over the place and don't seem to be able to find much information at all. I need to transfer a value into one of my JMS Properties (not the JMS Headers, the Properties themselves). I can't do this manually as the value I'm trying to pass in will be dynamic (it is the current date and time in a specific format as the message is sent that's needed). I have this value no problem, and I can transfer it pretty much anywhere except the one place I actually need it, any help would be greatly appreciated!Solved3.1KViews0likes8Comments
