Re: ReadyAPI 2.5.0 moved the soap/rest request run button's position - Please put it back on the lef
1) I agree totally with the suggestions. Especially since the "Play" button is still on the left in Test Cases, Test Suites, Data Sources, Load tests, you name it. 2) As a principle: Moving often-used UI-elements around is generally a very bad idea. You can change the text, the icon or the color, but NEVER move it. Users have learnt during years of use where it is. It is like moving the gas pedal from right to left in a car. (But in this case, only in some situations....) BR mhj3.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: "Find" or "Search" feature accross multiple steps and places
AABNastya_Khovrina You can find the search plugin here:https://arun-aks.blogspot.com/2014/08/search-plugin-for-soapui.html I downloaded the file under "SoapUI Free version" and installed it on my Mac. There is no difference between the free version and the one supplied in earlier versions of ReadyAPI. Here is a direct link to the file:https://sourceforge.net/projects/test-automation/files/SoapUI/Dist/ Note that you have to restart ReadyAPI. I see no reason why it is not included in the Integrations list. I guess it is just a mistake. BR mhj4.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: "Find" or "Search" feature accross multiple steps and places
There is already a ReadyAPI plugin that adds the search functionality. Just goto menu File->Plugins and install The "Full Text Search Plugin". When installed (and ReadyAPI re-started) the search function is available in workspaces using Ctrl-F or menu File->Search At least this works in ReadyAPI version 2.1.04.8KViews0likes0Comments- 5.4KViews0likes0Comments
