disable users automatically after predefined amount of time inactivity
i would like to suggest to implement a functionality (beter to be disabled by deafault with option to enable and configure) to automatically disable inactive users and configure the amount of time of inactivity to disable. currently we have to disable them mannually and with 5 digit number of users it is very hard to follow them as the user always can be enable again i think this is good portion of automation Thanks in advance575Views0likes0CommentsRe: Create new participant status for send to rework
When people send review to a rework/completed state in code collab,i receive below message where default selection is till "File Activity Occurs". My request is to change this default selection to "You are Poked". Reason is currently people don't select "You are Poked" and once Author uploads a new version Reviwers need to re-approve (many times just click again) which causes unnecessary catch up cycle. With default being "You are Poked" reviewers can choose to re-approve when they really feel the need.36KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Provide a way to mark each file as reviewed
User Comments: Sometimes files are reviewed outside CoCo, during sync reviews for example. These sync reviews often have a lot of files and most of the times all are OK. So to prevent opening each file and mark it OK and go on to the next one it would be convenient to have an option in CoCo to select a set of files and then with one click all these files can be marked OK. What I don’t want is an option to mark all files in the review OK, as sometimes a few are not OK.9.4KViews0likes0Comments
