Re: Online and Offline activation is failing...
My new license was activated last week, today when I turned on my system my ready api is telling my license is expire. when I am reloading the license its say it being used by another user and another users detail shows my name and my current system name. what should I do? 1) When Ready! API starts, I click on the "Install license..." button for the SoapUI NG product. 2) I then select the license file name I received:soapUI-license-XXXXXXX-1-4.key 3) I select "Online" activation. 4) next step my information already there. 5) When I click "Finish", License over activation pop upbox appears in that pop-up box I see my name and my current machines #: when I click "try anyways" I get following warning: ... "Failed to activate SoapUI NG license. It looks like you don't have an active Internet connection or the network security blocks the connection to the SmartBear license server (https://activation.smartbear.com) by port 443. Try offline activation or reach out to your network administrator to resolve the connection issues." .../ ==== When I tried to activate it via Offline mode, it says to send the below information to SmartBear License Number: [2017-03-24 00:00:00]XXXX Activation Key:XXXX Host Name: XX User Name:XX Timestamp: XX When that information is sent by email tolicense-activation@smartbear.com, I get response in the email as following You have over activated this license. Please keep in mind that each license as per our EULA, should only be installed on one machine by one user.
