Add Deferred state to peer review workflow
We have several projects where funding is volatile, and work efforts get shut off/turned on with very little notice. Collaborator reviews stay open indefinitely, which is not ideal. Users also don't like pages of stagnant reviews on their dashboards. We would like to move these reviews to a deferred state, rather than have to cancel them, since they may resume again in the future. It makes sense, and would be a useful feature.647Views0likes1CommentAdd Deferred state to Collaborator review workflow?

Hello, A user reported this, and I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this. Maybe there's a bug report out there? We have a review created recently, with a 262-page .doc file attached. There are a number of bugs and comments. The user tells me that four pushpins that were originally on page 11 have moved to page 12. There are no revisions of the document; only the original was uploaded to this review. There is no indication that the pushpins were moved by a user (the text "moved" would show up in the pin's comment text if this were the case). Database issue, perhaps? Anything I can do to start troubleshooting?Solved1KViews0likes1CommentAdd support for checklists that are unconnected with any template
In our organization we have a Collaborator Group set up for each of our projects. We have 1 or 2 standard templates being used by all Groups -- this is for consistency, so we can do things like collect a standard set of field metrics across review Groups. Some of our projects want to use their own checklists, but we can't do this now. Currently checklists are tied to a template. Our projects want the ability to attach their custom checklists on-the-fly to any Review, regardless of the template that is being used.535Views0likes0CommentsAllow "Restrict Access" default settings to be per-group
Currently in Collaborator (up to 13.1) there is only a single server-side global setting for restricting access to reviews (Admin > System > Access Restrictions > Restrict Access to Review). We want to customize this on a per-group basis. Some of our groups want to allow Group Based by default, others want Participants and Group based to be the default, and still others want their group's reviews to be available to everyone. Thanks, SDK543Views0likes0CommentsRe: Allow a way to gave Group and Template specified with GIT integration
This is what our team needs as well. We use groups to segregate users for security (we cannot allow project materials to be seen by members outside the group). Without the ability to control what group a review is created under, this integration loses most of its value to us.1.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Allowed to modify Checklist, Participant, Review Information
The correct behavior was already working in Collaborator Enterprise 10.2.10200: Participant Custom Fields and General Review information were separate. A bug was introduced sometime after that, which resulted in the current behavior. This needs to be fixed.2.6KViews0likes0Comments
