Hi Team, I have gone through my script and it seems to be running perfect locally with DejaClick and in this case our server is located in US. Please find attach script and look at running locally from firefox browser(ver 24) with DejaClick toolbar and then upload it to AlertSite and then run it from there. Hi, Thanks for your explanation. Still I am not getting is this the location issue, Since i have change the location which is near to the server location but still getting timeout. For which I notice that primary location is not changing. Can we change the primary location ? Point to note : Today morning script run without any issue. Alter testing it multiple time script suddenly start throwing "81 - Maximum transaction time was exceeded" error. And now when I am running script is throwing "82 - Page took too long to load". Hi, Perfect way to describe and it help me to upload and run my script. Hey I am from Mumbai India and I have few more small doubts to raise. Hi, First of all thanks a lot for quick reply from your side. As you said "Once you upload the script, you can change the Step Timeout in the console to a higher threshold, and Test on Demand runs from the console for a monitor should use the Step Timeout defined for the monitor; up to 300 seconds." So I have tested and verified script using DejaClick, so what steps I have to follow for the above suggested things, I mean how to upload script and change step timeout in the console etc, I am new to this so could you please elaborate in steps, if possible. While using test on demand feature can I set Replay Option-> Timeout after -> to more then 90 sec as I can find this as max option and when I am running my script one of the steps is required to take a bit more time than 90 sec. Please help me with this. Regards, ManojSolved7.5KViews0likes8Comments
