Socket timed out Vs java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
Hi, Really I confused on“Socket timed out” Vs “java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space” exception. I had a Socket timed out exception and I increased Socket timed out at soap ui preferences ~ 5 mins to fix it. After some runs my project was throwning “java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen” excpetion. I knew that “java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen” thrown when soap ui is unable to create new native thread or enough heap space. Couldsomeone clarify me, is Socket timed out increase leading us into “java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen” exception? is that true? I’m using soapUI-Pro-5.0.0 OS: WS 2008 R2 64 bit RAM : 16.0 GB8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions753Views0likes1Comment
