Our assumption is they have a subscription they forgot about, but they are out of office for the moment. As admin, I was surprised there was no report I could run that would show me the subscriptions of other users (unless I'm missing something). Given a users' subscription can impact others, seems that would be worthy of view by an admin. Any thoughts? Or there is no way and I need to submit a feature request? thanks - John Mc Re: Collaborator integration with IBM ELM Doors Next "Second". We are moving from Classic to Next, and will miss the Collaborator integration... Downloading documents 'with pins in them' HI everyone! A user recently asked if they could download a copy of the document under review 'with the pins in it', basically showing the pins in-line as kind of a visual report of what we see in the diff viewer. I didn't think we could, and both playing with the tool and loking at documentation, this is not a feature (anyone want to disagree?) But, I'm curious if other folks might find such a feature useful before I go and add it as a feature request. I can see it being hard to implement but can also be kind of cool Would you find something like that useful? Collaborator WebUI looks different for different people Hey everyone I have two Collaborator users who have behavior that the rest of us do not - one user is not getting document differences highlighting - Another user has the 'chat window' doing weird thing after he adds a comment (the window collapses, then the comment windows get big enough to occlude the function buttons) I'll submit tickets for some of these, but I'm curious if other have had Collaborator WebGUI act different for some people, even while they use the same browser and have the same settings as everyone else. Collaborator and Outlook Hey Community I personally started getting an issue. When I click on the envelope next to a review participants name, I get the error shown below. When I select 'email all', that works fine. This is a new error, and seems to affect my only - others are not getting the issue. The outlook app is indeed at the path shown in the error box. Outlook is still a local app (not 365 yet) so that's not an issue. Wanted to get the community's thoughts first, as when I go to IT they will just blame SB. 🙂 Thoughts? Re: Add ability to disable NEWS Cool - will look into this. Thanks Allow Admins to close reviews Bringing back an old thread - I'd like anyone with Admin privileges to be able to move a review to Completed. We've had several instances where someone has left the company, or is on extended leave, and their roles is required to move a review to completed. On solution is to shuffle roles - while that will allow a review to close, it's "not right". If the author of a document is out sick - yes I can assign the author role to someone else - but now you are fudging the review records in order to get the closure. Later when an auditor comes in we have to give a song and dance as to why the roles in the review don't represent the actual roles the staff members have. We shouldn't need to alter the records to move things forward. The review is more than a record of defects - it's a record of who did what, and we shouldn't need to compromise that to get around a technical glitch. Re: Need Reference documents in a review 5 years and this is still an issue. I need more Kudos here. 🙂 Re: Flash on Collaborator (unfortunately?) Today I went to get you an answer, and neither of our Collaborator instances are giving me Flash warnings. Will post again should I able to re-create the scenario Re: Show group membership for users. Was hoping to get more kudos for this. 5 years later and this is still a problem for us. Seems like it would be an easy enough add...
