Still not operational. Re: Why is the manual test runner interface slow? This was resolved with the latest update to Version: 11.3 Build: 11.3.486 This was the solution QA Complete Legacy .Net Viewer for Reports Since the latest version with the legacy report options I have not been able to find a report that lets me see what configurations for test sets havent had any runs against it. So i went into the legacy report section and think i might have found what i need. The issue with the report Im trying to work with is that it says Viewer: .Net Viewer - Works with any browser however this isnt true. It doesnt work with any browser, IE, Chrome or Firefox. From the past i know sql server reports needed report viewer installed so not knowing what this uses i tried versions 2010 2012 and 2015 none of which made it work. When i click Run Report Now a new tab opens but nothing occurs, the screen stays white. Can someone give me feedback on how to get these . Net Viewer only reports to work in Chrome or IE. Thanks Re: Why is the manual test runner interface slow? We have: Version: 11.2 Build: 11.2.370 I was notified by our net admin that he has sent in performance logs for this exact issue. I was doing some background searching and help gathering in order to add to the effort to resolve this. We shall see how they respond, hopefully it is sooner than later. Im not sure if you can see the ticket but its under the company either Tolt Solutions or Pomeroy. Re: QAComplete Test Set Running Very Slowly? it's still slow, the pause timer button on the top doesn't work, if you leave the page the timer continues to run, all the time spent watching the pretty blue boxes flip and spin is counted towards your test time. Its caused a real push back from our team to use this because it's hampered their testing ability due to the sluggishness and cumbersome use of the "improved" UI. Re: Performance Issues after the 11.1 Upgrade.. Same here it's slow, the pause timer button on the top doesn't work, if you leave the page the timer continues to run, all the time spent watching the pretty blue boxes flip and spin is counted towards your test time. Re: Speed and lag issues following 11.1 upgrade in the new test execution ui. Our company has decided to have me implement all our excel tests into QAComplete and since this past upgrade it has becoming horrendous to push our team forward to this due to the speed issues. Its slow, the pause timer button on the top doesn't work, if you leave the page the timer continues to run, all the time spent watching the pretty blue boxes flip and spin is counted towards your test time. Its caused a real push back from our team to use this because it's hampered their testing ability due to the sluggishness and cumbersome use of the "improved" UI. Why is the manual test runner interface slow? While trying to run a test set manually with the new interface we have noticed it is extremely slow compared to previous not so pretty interface. I don't know what they did but every change you make to passing a test or failing the step the interface has to do its song and dance with the blue busy boxes. I have had my network administrator observe the server in which this resides and there isn't anything that has alarmed him. We have installed the latest patches as well recently which only improve speed during execution of a test set by 5%. Has anyone been less than satisfied with the new test runner interface? Anyone have comments or can help me direct our net admin in the right direction on what to look for or possibly some setting in chrome and IE that might help this situation? Thanks in advance. Solved
