Hi, Do you have an idea when this will be configurable ? Per the answer sounds like it is hard coded within QAComplete application and not controlled within the database. Can you please confirm that I can not change the value on the backend table? If I can not control via a database update , can you give me an idea of when we will be able to have the enhancement. We recently had a security review of QAComplete and I needed to get a waiver from our security to continue to use QAComplete as the product owner indicated it is coming. Customer Company logo. I have been asked by our users if it could be made smaller so they can see more of the tests listed ( the area above the logo in Test Library). We have over 11,000 test scripts in the test Library with a ton of folder and would like to see move of them listed. We have the enterprise version of QAComplete. We are trying to confirm if QAComplete will work if accessed via Citrix. We are wanting co-workers to access the application via Citrix. Due to some security concerns and how we handle remote access, we need some users to access QAComplete via Citrix. Are you set up this way? Have you used Citrix for QAComplete. Is there anything that would be helpful to know (lessons learned) or any specific information that you can share. We received and the upgrade to 9.8.1 and completed it . We had a sporatic 500 error and received a fix that included the DDL fix. I am checking with my webadmin to see if we also did the .NET4 framework upgrade. We are experiencing issues when saving test runs. The response time is slow and we also expericence a pop-up error when saving a test run.Sometimes the error happens, other times not. It is very frustrationg. The error is server not available. Did you see this error after the upgrade? We have not had QAComplete deployed to Production yet and this is one of the errors we are getting . DBA did a trace on DB and did not see anything.
