Re: old style UI in QA Complete 11.5
Thank You Thank You Thank You for posting this the forum. I have found myself in a situation where there are a ton of 'garbage' folders on our Requirements Page. When we try to delete the folder, we get an error. With this option, we can go back to the old screen and delete all the garbage folders. Thank You again.2.5KViews0likes3CommentsRe: QAComplete Integration with JIRA
Regarding your 2nd question, we have been successful in porting QAC Tests (with test steps) into Jira as a sub-task of the linked requirement/defect (in QAC) using OPSHub. If this is what you are wanting to do, message me and I will try to help you through it. Debra1.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Anyone seeing 500 Internal Server Errors today?
We are seeing 500 Internal Server Errors intermittently in our integrations with Jira (via OpsHub). In addition, the UI is having performance issues for us (delayed opening of screens or not opening screens at all). Have you tried checking if your browser needs updating?1.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: QAComplete sync with JIRA, how can we sync the folders? I've tried all sorts of combinations.
If I am understanding your question correctly, you have folders named 'Story', 'Tasks', etc in QAComplete and you want to have issues of type Story from Jira go to the folder "Story" in QAComplete. Is that correct? Are you using the Jira Connector or OpsHub?4.1KViews0likes4CommentsRe: Version One to Smartbear OpsHub integration
UPDATE: It is possible via a custom workflow to do this. Another option I was presented with was to simply not populate the fields. This means in the integration creation in OpsHub, do not set a field for the Sync Confirmation and Remote Entity Link fields under advance confirguration.10 years agoPlace QAComplete QuestionsQAComplete Questions943Views0likes0Comments
