I think I was processing too big of a job for AQTime to handle without better limiting the areas that are profiled. I'll either try smaller jobs or limit the areas that are profiled for larger tests. If it's possible to report this problem to the developer with a helpful message instead of just crashing, then I would definitely recommend it! Re: Windows 8.1Yes, I can actually use AQTime now! Great! I do have an application crash (my app) when using the allocation profiler and processing a large job with my application, but I have no idea whether that's Windows 8.1 related or not.Re: Windows 8.1I emailed 'sales@automatedqa.com' on Feb 18th and still no response yet. Is there a Windows 8.1 fix/patch? If so, then I'd really want to know what it is.... as it's almost March and still no Windows 8.1 support.Re: Windows 8.1Thanks. I just emailed sales@automatedqa.com as I've been waiting quite awhile for Windows 8.1 support.Re: Windows 8.1It's almost Feb 2014 and Windows 8.1 was released back in October.... and still no patch or update? AQTime is totally worthless on Windows 8.1. Is there any update on when this will be rectified?Re: Windows 8.1Is there some kind of hot-fix to get Windows 8.1 support in AQTime 8.1 while waiting for the next AQTime update with official support? I really want to use AQTime but can't. Yes, I could use Windows 8 or Windows 7, but that would probably involve a whole lot of hassle and work that I'd rather not do. My system and development environment is setup on Window 8.1 now and everything works except AQTime. Re: Windows 8.1SmartBear will most likely tell you to wait for the update that is Windows 8.1 compatible.... the issues are more than just the license manager.Re: Windows 8.1Ben vd Merwe, were you able to use the allocation profiler or performance profiler with AQTime 8.10 on Windows 8.1?Re: Uninstrumented routines, Duplicate code, C++ Builder XE4I too run into this a lot. I've just mostly ignored it, after looking it to it a little and determining there was not much I could do that was practical to resolve this. I have always been hoping future versions of AQTime would be able to instrument more functions. If not, then more detail on what is causing it or how to get around it would be quite useful. Re: Windows 8.1Well no Windows 8.1 update yet. I really wanted to do some allocation testing and profiling before my next release. Please hurry up on the Windows 8.1 compatible release. I would think that should be a priority.
