See attached for a screen capture \ illustration. The Refactor operation updates Request Headers XPath Match - Expression But it does not update the headers in the "Expected Result"

How do I refactor expected responses
refector seems to have the ability to update interface settings and also the xpath for assertions, but seems to leave out updating the assertion header which contains references to the previous namespace

Element Duplication
I read http://www.soapui.org/SOAP-and-WSDL/web-service-hacking/Tip-6-Element-Duplication.html on your website the tip 6 about Element duplication. Just curious to hear how this is a vulnerability. The article basically just says to try it, but did qualify why or really what to look for. I've looked around other security articles and have come up short as to why this test would be done. Thanks for your help and advice.
