As MisterB said, the order you add test cases is the order they will appear. If you use the "select all" checkbox: The test cases will be added in the order they appear on selection modal. This allows you to sort by key, name, use filter etc. Or any way you could sort them on the "test cases" panel. As for sorting test cases that have already been added, it is possible to spoof mouse inputs to automate the process, but is a bit finicky.
