That is a really inefficient solution. I would expect the export/import to work more seamlessly. The fields aren't automatically mapped, even thought they've been exported from a test case and are importing into a test case. The test case name is lost. This will take just as much time as copying and pasting each test step. The clone and move features would be really great - if they worked correctly.
